This does not apply to VPS and Dedicated Server accounts.

Keep in mind that you have two different logins. One is for your client area which allows you to update and view contact information, billing information, view and pay invoices, and other things. The other login type is for your control panel where you manage your domains.

The control panel uses a username. The client area uses the email address you have on file with us. The passwords may or may not be the same depending on if you changed passwords since your initial signup.
